'General Zod' Boot
A boot made for Terence Stamp as 'General Zod' in the iconic Christopher Reeve Superman movies.
The character can be clearly seen wearing such boots in both Superman and Superman 2, the movies having been made back-to-back.
Although it photographs/films as being black in colour, it is a deep dark purple, matching the trim of the Super Villain costumes.
Bespoke made for production of a pvc like material with an intentional flat sole, which only the 'General Zod' boots had.
A highly identifiable slice of Superman history.
