STARDUST (2007)

From the 2007 fantasy adventure comes this amazing costume worn by Ricky Gervais as 'Ferdy The Fence'.

This was the only costume made and used in the production for the character and incredibly, considering the number of components, is predominately complete.Clearly seen worn by Ricky Gervais throughout his very memorable role as ''Ferdy', utilised with and without the overcoat.

This very impressive multi-layer costume comprises of a faux fur type Hat, a Shirt, two different Waistcoats, a heavy thick leather effect Waistcoat, a long Overcoat, a neck type Tie, a waist Cumber Band, Trousers and a pair of leather type Boots. The Overcoat currently has a faux fur/pelt lining which is believed to be an alteration/addition by the Costumier for subsequent alternative use. The costume and it's components retain their original Costumier bags with actor and production details.

It is always difficult to find any costume in such a predominately complete state, particularly with footwear, but the fact that this is such a complex costume makes it a very special costume indeed. As well as being highly memorable from the film itself, the costume can also be seen featured on the majority of the film release posters, etc.

A simply stunning Costume worn by the comedic favourite in one of his most notable movie roles.
