SPACE PRECINCT (1994)

A Demeter City Police Shirt as clearly seen worn throughout the series and one of the most identifiable wardrobe pieces associated with the show.

The Shirt retains the embroidered Police Department Patches to each sleeve and features the looped Shield fixing point to the chest. The original Costumier tag detailing production specifications is positioned to the inside neck, specifying it's use for an Alien Police Officer.

This is the only example we have ever handled and the Police Shirts are well known to be incredibly rare, indeed they were made for production by a different Costumier to the rest of the show's wardrobe.

The Shirt lacks it's shoulder straps and exhibits slight general wear from production use to include fraying to the bottom edge but otherwise remains in fine condition.

A significantly important slice of the Gerry Anderson legacy of productions.

At the time of release 'Space Precinct' was the most expensive Television Series ever made. This can be seen reflected in the quality of the costumes, superior tailored, using quality fabrics to include cashmere, tweed and silk.
