NIJINSKY (THE DANCER) (1970)
An extremely rare original Script for the unproduced Edward Albee written film which was to star Rudolf Nureyev.
Edward Albee was most famous for writing the classic 'Who's Afraid Of Virginia Wolf?'. The 1970 film was to be produced by Harry Saltzman but having pulled out of the production, Saltzman later went on to finally produce a 'Ninjinsky' film in 1980. The 248 page Script is dated April - June 1970 and is loose leaf bound within a period black ring binder, with hand written identification label to the spine.
The Script was the former property of renowned Cinematographer Gerry Fisher, who was approached to work on the production.
A significantly important Script of which few examples are known to exist.
