From the action adventure starring Ben Stiller and Robin Williams comes this prop Mayan native figure.
Such figures were made for the Museum's Mayan Diorama Display, the inhabitants of which magically come to life at night.
This figure was one that was used in the foreground and has been identified on screen, see accompanying image.
The beautifully detailed and hand painted figure is fixed posed holding a building staff. Constructed of a resin type material with a protruding pin to the base for ease of secure placement on set.
Presented on, and provided with, a cylindrical base from which the figure can be easily removed when desired.
A fantastic and memorable prop from the blockbuster movie.
