David Jason Tailcoat
A tailcoat made for David Jason in his starring role as 'Micawber' in the John Sullivan television series adaptation of the classic Charles Dickens character creation.
Such a tailcoat can be seen worn by the character in episode one and episode three of the series.
The tailcoat exhibits some production wear to include a surface mark to the front upper right and is lacking some buttons. Retains the original internal 'Angels' costumier label, which details both the actor and production date.
A wonderful costume from the highly successful career of the beloved British comedic actor, in one of his most acclaimed roles.
