Mongo Citizen Costume
From the 1980 science fiction cult classic, starring Sam Jones in the lead role as Flash Gordon, comes this incredible costume worn by one of Mongo's inhabitants.
The Costume was made for the suitably lavish and extravagant planet Mongo Emperor Ming reception scenes.
Highly distinctive and indicative in colour and style of the whole film, the two piece Costume comprises of a large pair of chaps style trousers with corresponding large wrap around style jacket.
Both costume components are heavily and intricately detailed with gold decoration and jewel like adornments. Exhibits signs of age and general wear but remains in overall very good condition and presents superbly.
