The 26 page document is detailed as being issued to production on the 21st January 1969 and is a full breakdown of the planned filming requirements of the episode.
The pastel blue pages are stapled to one corner with the final two pages loose. In very good condition.
A very rare artefact from the cult British action adventure television series.
