THE KEEP (1983)Ian McKellen 'Cuza' Suit

From the 1983 Michael Mann cult classic, Propmasters are proud to be able to offer the hero signature suit worn by Ian McKellen in his leading role as 'Dr. Theodore Cuza'.The two piece pin stripe Suit can be clearly seen worn by Ian McKellen throughout his role. The Jacket still retains the original Bermans & Nathans costumier label detailing the actor and production. Additionally, both Jacket and Trousers feature later period Angels Costumier labels detailing the Suit's later subsequent use by Christopher Walken in an unspecified production. It is apparent for this use the Trouser waistline has been altered to a larger size.It is incredibly difficult to source anything from this cult movie from the early stages of Michael Mann's illustrious Directorial career and this is believed to be the best piece ever to have surfaced.Originating from the world famous Angels Costumiers.COSTUME ARCHIVE
