A Waistcoat tailor made for the actor George Chakiris from a circa 1960's production.The well known Greek American dancer/singer/actor is perhaps best known for West Side Story (1961), for which he won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Bernardo, leader of the "Sharks".The Waistcoat is similar to that worn by the actor in the 1966 film 'On a Vole La Joconde' but it's actual exact production use, as of yet, has not been able to be identified.
