From the classic British comedy drama starring George Cole, as the iconic lead character Arthur Daley, comes this highly significant and instantly identifiable prop. The prop business sign humorously displays Arthur Daley's various intrepid business venture titles. The sign is clearly seen in the first series episode, 'The Bounty Hunter', which first aired in 1979.To get a prop such as this that epitomises the whole premise of the character in a show is incredibly rare. Additionally, identifiable props from this cult classic series are virtually non-existent.Constructed of wood with bespoke metal attached plaques, the rear features the original Southern Television storage code.Signs of wear and ageing are evident but in no way detract from this simply superb display piece. A true slice of British Television history.
